Tiahrt Senate Campaign airs statewide ads highlighting Tiahrt's conservative leadership

WICHITA, KS - Congressman Todd Tiahrt's (R-Goddard) United States Senate campaign today began airing television and radio advertisements across the state. The ads highlight Tiahrt's conservative leadership and are set to coincide with the annual Kansas Days festivities in which Republicans from across the state gather in Topeka for district and statewide party meetings.

"This campaign is about which candidate has been a consistent leader on both fiscal and social issues," said Tiahrt campaign manager Chuck Knapp. "There are two candidates in the Republican primary, but only one real conservative. Todd Tiahrt is the conservative champion Kansans are looking for to represent them in the United States Senate."

Tiahrt is the leading conservative running to replace Sam Brownback in the United States Senate. Tiahrt has been recognized throughout his career for fighting for lower taxes, traditional values and limited government. He has been endorsed by conservative leaders in Kansas and across the nation including Kansans for Life, Concerned Women for America PAC, Family Research Council PAC and Kansas House Majority Leader Ray Merrick, Kansas House Speaker Pro Tem Arlen Siegfried and former U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft.
